I have book my honeymoon package for Bangkok through Netfarez . It was a very good trip with value for money. The customer care person was very helpful and patience as I had almost taken a month to book this package after cracking heads for almost 7 different packages.

The after sales service was also good I mean the process after booking the package and the transaction was very very smooth.

I found the cheapest flight option to be Netfarez. The flight wasn't a direct one and the only issue I got was the check-in online but I don't think it was Netfarez's fault. I got a confirmation email minutes after I paid and everything was smooth.

Took a bangkok pattaya special trip with these guys. Had an good experience prior to getting the tickets where-after the customer rep helping me went kaput. categorically told me we'll have a tour guide with us giving us the briefings, historical facts and other information bits for the place in word Thank you Netfarez for this trip.

I did have a problem with them for my air tickets but I got the refund in less than 10 days. I'm very HAPPY with their service.

Although the small issue here is with net banking, as page loading takes time and giving error but that’s ok because it may be small technical issue.
