WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was told it would take 7 days to repair my car. I had to keep calling Patrick the service manager, for updates who by the way is not a person of his word, and just overall lacks in customer service to say the least. Two weeks later I was told the part for my car got lost and there wasn't a tracking number for it, so it could just possibly show up at any time or not at all. At this point I'm furious rightfully so. Patrick's response is... "Man what do you want me to do"? I'm like wow!!! To make a long story short, my car was there for a month. I checked my car before leaving the property and one of my widows that was working properly before taking my car there, did not work properly, as if I wouldn't notice. I notified Patrick and he was very nonchalant. I will never go back there again and strongly suggest that no one else doesn't either. Don't waste your time. BAD BUSINESS...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great customer service the best I think in Atlanta for BMW which can be pretty costly. The prices are fair to compared to market value

Had my 98 Jaguar XK8 front bumper and hood painted there. (Dark Blue) Excellent, quick work and beat other estimates. Doesn't look like a body shop from the front,its located in back somewhere. Great job looks like new. Fixed crack in bumper, dings in hood,replaced headlight assy, painted and blended. I would recommend you take a ride and get an estimate. Painter and body guy are very good. Manager is busy but cares for quality. Thanks, from the south side..

I was very, very impressed with the customer service, then wealth of knowledge about my mercedes and most of all the way to save me money while providing excellent service. Anthony is awesome! He actually drove me home, over 20 miles, in the rain, in rush hour traffic after I showed up on the spot! I recommend anyone to visit with your car for service. Anthony was very knowledgeable about my bmw and mercedes.Prices beat anyone in atlanta. The dealer could not find the problem on my S430 and they fixed it on the first try. Highly recommended place to take your vehicle
