Diamond Cutz Barber Shop

First off let me say that this is not a rating of the actual haircut because I didn't get one. My review is only on the so called professionalism at this business. I have been to numerous barbershops in all areas of Dekalb County and I've never "NOT" been greeted by at least one person in the establishment. There were 2 gentlemen sitting in the front 2 barber chairs and not one of them said "hello". My greeting was a question: Do you have grease or gel in your hair? My response was I have grease in it and his response was "you gotta wash that out". Nothing else...I politely said okay and left the building. My issue is not that "HE" doesn't cut hair that has grease, oil, gel or whatever else a person may have in their hair but there are many ways to say what you mean without taking all of the professionalism that you may have out of the equation. Behind every great business is probably a great person and first impressions are key...
