Under new management. Which is not good. Just needed a puncture fixed. We were not welcomed. Told us it would be 1 & a half hour wait. Car was taken in at that time. I checked progress every 15 min. I believe the front desk guy was perturbed by this. Never bothered him. Just looked thru the glass. Saw the mechanic return my key when finished. I went to front desk to check out. The attendant ignored me, sitting in front of computer. Manager came in, so I asked him to do it. He passed it on the the attendant on computer. Never acknowledged me. Computer gave him problems as he was checking me out. I asked if anything was wrong? He ignored me. Manager came & helped. Finally checked me out. Tire was fixed. I won't come back...

Took my wife's car in because it was making a noise while driving. I said one of the tires is bad, so let's change it and do an oil change. They called and said Mr. Jones you need two tires. Ok go ahead and change both back tires. We get the car back and it's still making the same noise. We take the car back and they recommend that we change the CV axles, air filter and tranny flush. I say I can't afford all so let's fix the noise. I asked if we change the CV axles, would it fix the problem. They said yes. $760.00 later my wife's car still making the same noise. So in all I lost $200.00 in labor because they say that they didn't know I wanted the noise fixed. I said why the hell do you think I brought the car in. They had the car for a whole week. Wow. I'm so pissed off. That kind of service makes Goodyear look bad. Please don't go there. I work every day for my family to have the things we need in order to survive. They made it harder.
