Security Home Foundation Repair

These people are shady – In 2010 they fixed the foundation on my house. They gave me a warranty. In 2014 I put the house up for sale. I lost the warranty and asked for a replacement. Alex promised to get me a copy. He didn't. Then he ignored my texts and emails. I wrote them a letter and enclosed my canceled checks for the service. They didn't respond. I said I would come by to pick up a copy. Alex told me I should call the contractor on the warranty. I told him I didn't have the warranty. He promised to get me a copy. Now we are down to “I already sent it, didn't you get it?” God help me if I actually needed repairs. All I want is a copy to give the purchasers of my house a copy of the warranty.
