        UPDATE: As of today the phone call and email submitted for cancellation has not been completed. I spoke the manager and sent the cancellation email as requested to the gym (think his name is Danny confirmed receipt of email and cancellation via phone) and Colby as requested (he responded to my email) and I've been billed again. I guess it going to take legal action against for you to cancel my membership.

        At this point, I'm sending the email to media, posting it on every sight, and seeking legal counsel for breach of terms for cancellation.
