Orthodontic Specialist of Dallas PA

I have visited this office a couple of times. At first everybody seems to be nice and friendly. Dr Joe recommended me to buy a retainer from him, so I spent $280 each, $560 for the whole set. I am sure they have made a lot of money on the retainer. Because I was moving at the time. So Before I paid the amount with my card, I asked them if they could mail it out to me. The front desk lady checked with someone and promised that they will mail it out to me. I truly believed it. Then a couple weeks later, when I called again, they said that they would mail it out on Monday and call me back with a tracking #. I waited and waited for the phone call, but they never called me back on that day. So I called them again on Tuesday, they told me that they had to do a special packing on it, so they would mail it out on Wednesday instead and call me back with a tracking #. But they did not call me back on Wednesday either. So I called them again on Thursday, they started to make excuses and saying that they didn't agree to send it out to me and hung up on me. I had to keep calling them and they just kept saying why they wouldn't mail it to me. I was there with my husband and a couple of other people. They all heard what they said and their promises. Now they took my money and not even going to provide the service as agreed. I am not sure what I will do or how to get my money back yet since they refused to issue me a refund. I can't believe they would promise something before I paid, and acted totally different after they got my money. Please stay away from this place. They will just take your money and not provide any services. I will not ever go to this place for any services!
