ABC Air Duct Cleaning

The machine they use really gets the carpets clean, and fluffs up the nap and gives carpets new life! Also, there is no soap or detergent left behind. Would definitely use them again.

Not sure about the carpet cleaning but for air duct the Groupon deal, it is absolutely a rip off (or setup). The technician came and say the groupon $69 bucks deal only covers a single vent, but we have 2-vent unit so it will cost us $3xx dollars to clean it up and all other duct related items will be a total of $8xx bucks. That’s not acceptable… wait… Excuse me, what? The technician does not have his own ladder and want to use our ladder? What a joke. Oh, by the way, the techie only changed one of my filter but both because I have to pay more to cover that. I should tell the techie that ‘ladder usage $500 bucks!!’ Do not fall for it…

My $89.ooupon @ ABC AirDuct to remove cigarette smoke turned into $659.Even worse the smell returned in less than a week.Dispite a 4yr.warranty,they've done nothing.Call BBB 1st.
