        We felt very comfortable with Dr. Cosmo and his staff. From our first visit, we noticed that Dr. Cosmo is on the cutting edge of orthodontic treatment with the only 3D diagnostic imaging in RI, provides the latest in technology through research and teaching. We truly felt that the doctor and staff would care for our family as their own.
