Very good store, they can be helpful just depends on who is there, and over all more exotic animal election but more on the reptile side. But everything is a bit over priced.

I couldn't get anyone to help me and received wrong size rats for my snakes multiple times. I actually had the lady behind the desk refuse me because she was to busy talking to someone about random nonsense(gossiping). They are not professional at all and will never receive another dollar from me.

I went there today & they were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They were also great fun to talk to. I learned more about my Ball Python & mice than I have anywhere else. They explained things in a way that a lay person can understand & didn't make me feel like an idiot when I began asking all my questions. It was worth the drive from Monroe to go there & I definitely see myself going there again soon.

This store is great if you don't mind not being helped.
