Vic's Shoe Repair

He now calls it Tony's since he is the related family. He lost my 300 dollar boots after I repeatedly tried to get them with my ticket number in hand. I gave him a pass many times since my family dealt with his Dad in the past before he died. This used to be located in Eastland Center. I brought the boots to him after that when he moved to Citrus Ave taking on the name Victor. I was nice, patient he always had an excuse. I still have the original ticket and I walk in and he accuses me of leaving them there! I did not! He had his teenage son look for them before if he could pull his nose out of the phone! Bottom line- this guy has a history of losing things and selling items that might be yours. He gave me a sob story about not having a car for the last year before pulling the whole I left my boots routine. Beware, he is good but never leave a thing with this scattered brained mess!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Worst place ever my daughter took in her boots for repairs and they told would be ready on specific day Friday went to pick them up and not ready come back tomorrow and again they were not ready. Then was told to come back next Saturday and once aging they were not done. Then i was told they were very busy and his wife would drop them off at our home and that didn't happen. I called him back and he was upset saying i already told you my wife would drop them off i explained to him she never showed up and he got angry like it was my fault. I went back yesterday 4/21 with a Covina PD police escort and finally got my boots and he attempted to yell at me but the officer stopped him from doing so. Finally got my boots back never pay up front for services and do not use them they are the worst.

Took my redwinn shoe store and was told $102 for resole and would take 2-3 weeks! Went to Vic's. Said he could have them that afternoon for 69.95.Came back that afternoon and not only were thy done but had new laces. Some stitching fixed anb reoiled. AWESOME!!!

Went to Redwing to have my boots resoled. Was told $100 + tax and would take 3-4 weeks.Went 3 doors down to Vic + Tony's shoe repair and he did them SAME DAY with original redwing vibram soles for $ 69.95 + tax! Also fixed a couple rips, new laces and oiled and shined. I'll never go anywhere else again. Manny Segura.

I need to have my shoe customised by tony. He is the only one that I would allow to build my corrective footware.
