ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! I had my infant son enrolled at the Greenwood location. The first day his teachers were never notified he was enrolled. The director didn't even know he was in attendance! They advertise CCTV monitoring to help

parents feel assured and allow parents to review it at their request. My 8 month old came home a with a HUGE BRUISE on his nose. When I asked to see the video, they told me they first had to notify the "CEO" to review it and then decide if I would be allowed to view only a "section" that they had pre-approved. After several follow ups, I still was never allowed to see the video. I requested this so called CEO to contact me since she is NEVER at the center, which also never happened. They will charge you $5/day if you're late on your payment, yet several times when I've attempted to make a payment I was told to come back later or the next day due to the director being unable to find her record book, a person being left in charge for 2 days who did not know how to process payments, or to be told the director was out on a smoke break. I also was told while taking a tour before enrolling they offer 1 week per year will be charged at half the normal rate. It also states this in their parent handbook. When I attempted to utilize my discount for a family vacation I was told it only applies if I have been there minimum 1 year. I was directed to contact the director at their Embassy location and informed her it states no where in their handbook about the 1 year rule. She copped an attitude with me and said she would look into it and follow up with me. 2 days have passed with no response. I tried calling her 3 times to be told she hadn't come in yet or was in a meeting. I could go on and on! This place is a total joke with incompetent management. They will give you the run around and play catty little games with you. Do not waste your time, money or energy with these clowns. They are ripping off parents!

I honestly love this day care my kids went to a day care before here in corpus red barn and everyday my daughter cried my daughter has learned so much she sings songs counts colors and her teacher is really nice i was so scared to leave my kids at another day care after the red barn situation my son is famous there lol all the teachers love him and he feels comfortable there i think this day care is a great choice for children

If the option for no stars was available that would be my choice for this place. I had never had my son in a daycare but by circumstance I was forced to do so. This was at the Greenwood Facility..the first day I had him there I checked in on him several times, I looked at the camera and the classroom was DISASTROUS.. The kids were clearly out of hand with just one teacher in the room.One child was running around with a broom literally brushing a little girls hair with it while the others were throwing objects across the room! Director says "Let me go help her in there".. UHM YEA!! you let the children behave like that?? ..Though I understood children would be children I disregarded and went back to work. Next morning my son pleaded not to go back to the school, I thought he was just in the "breaking in" phase of being in a daycare facility so I gave them another chance. About 1 pm I receive a call that my son had a swollen eye due to a child throwing a block at him from across the room(which it was a plate but the DIRECTOR wouldn't have known that because she had her story all wrong)..3 HOURS EARLIER!... When asked why I wasn't notified right when the incident occurred Director says "we wanted to see if his eye would go down".... shortly after the incident they layed him for a nap?? Any kind of head injury/trauma I don't care how big or small should not be before laying a child down to sleep down, but these people clearly do not know any of that! I rush over from work to take my son out just to find my son Crying in the corner by himself while the teacher and the rest of the kids are gathered around for STORY TIME!...Infuriated I asked to see the cameras, which so happened that day were not working!!!.. On top of not being able to get my refund back the only thing the director was able to say was she apologized but that was that teachers first day..which happens but if so why LEAVE her by HERSELF with 20 kids!!..Oh and also once I got home my son smelled like urine, which he had told me when he was crying he had an accident, WHAT WAS THE CHANGE OF CLOTHES FOR ?? They didn't even check him! This place is terrible, if you want your kids safe STAY AWAY from this place!..

Just recently brought back my daughter to Bay Area. We moved out of town and just recently returned to Corpus Christi. This is the only daycare that I will have my daughter attend too. I had never had any problems with the staff or anything. So I am very happy that we are back! (:

My son has been here for about 3 years. He loves going to school everyday now., So I have no complaints here.
