GameStop

I just called the Gamestop location on 37-10 Junction Blvd., Corona, NY 11368 and had very disappointing customer service. I called to ask the hour they closed today and the employee Patrick said 1am. Due to the fact tonight is a special release of Xbox I asked a second time your open continuously until 1am? Just to be sure they weren't going to close for a short period and open at midnight as they often do for these type of events. The male employee Patrick then shouts at me "I already said till 1am!" I said "Wow I'm sorry but no need to be rude." Patrick goes "Have a nice day" and hangs up the phone on me! The employee who answered the phone should not be allowed to speak to customers in that manner or disconnect the line especially before all the customers concerns are resolved. I'm sure if he yelled at me this way then I am not the only one who more than likely has received this type of treatment. I hope Gamestop can train this employee Patrick to be more respectful of customers. Until then I will not be shopping at this location and will not be recommending GameStop to family or colleagues.
