Smiles On Wheels Taxi

We live in NYC and were very concerned when we had to change our Amtrak reservations to a departure from Richmond.

We had to get to the Amtrak Station in Richmond at 6:30am.

We called "Smiles" and hoped for the best.

The best is what we got.

"Smiles" arrived promptly to pick us up at 5:30am.

Earlier he had checked early morning traffics reports, thus knowing and avoiding an accident on the highway that would have delayed us.



"Smiles" is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

We will definitely call "Smiles" when we visit Colonial Heights in the future.

BEST TAXI EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Can't tell you how pleased I am. The locals have nicknamed the owner "Smiles," which has been not only coined from his business but also the fact that he is willing to pick up as many of his customers as he can HIMSELF (also along with the fact that he is always happy, friendly, and smiling). I love "Smiles" and ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to do business with any other cab company in Virginia!!!
