A & K Cab

I wouldn't even rate them 1 star but I am required to rate something to post this review. I called for a cab last night and was told they would be there in 20 minutes but did not arrive until 1.5 hours later. I then tried calling for several hours for a return cab, since they advertise that they are open 24 hours, but never could get an answer. I also emailed them to try to get in touch with them because this is the only other contact information they provide with no reply again from anyone. There also is no way to leave a message for someone to return a call, just in case they are busy and can't answer. I am extremely disappointed with the service, if you can even call it service since nobody answers the phone, and would not recommend them to anyone unless they don't have any other options. This is an extremely unprofessional way to conduct a business. I am glad that I didn't have any type of emergency because they are the least dependable taxi service I have ever encountered. If they are not a 24 hour taxi service then they definitely need to update all web results and Facebook page to reflect they aren't. This is very misleading information.

I feel the price is overpriced for me and they can take too long to come get me from home or whatever but they do get me to my detestation though but still feel the service could be better

Driver was courteous and on time, also cab was clean and didn't smell like a dumpster. Price was reasonable

This place must be out of business. No one answers your calls. Can't even get a ride out here just sad.

9/9/2015 my husband and I was in town on business! We called A&K cab!! Excellent service and drivers! I highly recommend using A & K Cab whenever your in cleveland, TN we used a&K cab to take use from our hotel to a restaurant nearby...their drivers both one time an polite!!!

I waited almost 2 hours after they keep telling me 2 to 10 mins and our driver will be there! Dispatcher is rude and I wish he was the one that came to pick me up! Please spend the extra buck and go thru some one else!
