Flower Market Florist

The Flower Market Florist made my wedding flowers. I got married on Clearwater Beach my wedding flowers were amazing and I am still getting compliments to this day about them. The flowers I chose were all white calla lilies, orchids, and roses. The quality and style of my wedding flowers were perfect. I still look back at my pictures and think how can they be so perfect? The Flower Market Florist must have picked out each and every flower by hand to have such perfect white wedding flowers. I tell everyone about them, I am forever grateful.

I called the Flower Market Florist on the 28th and asked for a delivery of flowers on the 30th. I was charged a delivery fee for the delivery, So I expect the delivery to arrive on the day I requested. Not when they want to do it or when convenient for them. Not the case here.. I find out that they arrived a day early before her Birthday. She called to Thank me and let me know that I got her Birthday wrong again. I was like what NO I didnt. When I called to address this issue I was giving well she gets an extra day to enjoy them and she might have on out on her birthday and not been home.. Not the point I PAID for a delivery and I wanted them on her Birthday. The paperwork was all correct but nobody noticed the date requested for delivery because they were so busy. More excuses for their mess up. Sorry I am a customer that wants what I paid for and don't think I should have to pay a delivery charge when they can't follow the delivery request.

I just called the Flower Market Florist in Clearwater FL and was shocked that someone answered because it was 5:45pm on Saturday. So they took my order even though they were closed for the day and arranged to have it delivered today even though they were closed. I ask if they knew my friends that own Pet Safari in Clearwater and they did, I explained my friend had to have emergency surgery today and I really wanted to get her flowers. And my prayers were answered. Jean was very nice and helpful, and the owner Darleen is the one that knew my Friends and made it happen. Thanks so much!!! Melissa & Robert
