Service

Our family went on vacation last week and our fur kids and our grandogs (3) and our foster doggie. Thank you! were well taken care of. Our elderly male can be a lot of work, but Dave was wonderful! Thank you!

Your response is a joke and so is your kennel. How about you take some responsibility for your actions instead of trying to cover this up?? How about all the other dogs that have been in your care over the years that have either died or needed surgery due to injuries and negligence???? The list goes on and on......Your a disgrace!!!

BE WARNED!!!

A friend entrusted this kennel with her fur babies while they took a vacation. BIG MISTAKE! This kennel was so neglectful in their care that the dogs got loose and one was actually killed, found dead by the side of the road. They had ONE job and that was to CARE for the dogs while the owners were away. That's what they are paid to do. Their care was deplorable and their efforts to locate the lost dogs were non-existent. If you want your dogs returned to you safe and sound? Do not use this kennel. You may never see your dogs again!

Horrible

There is no excuse for a kennel to lose not one but two dogs from the same family ~ I would never use this place! The kennel should be taking responsibility for actions instead of being on the defense ~ they should be trying to help the family cope w not one but two losses ~ how sad!!

2 Dog's Lost in the 1st 24 hours!

DO NOT USE THIS KENNEL!!! They lost 2 dog's within 24 hours of them being dropped off. I find it highly suspicious that both dog's jumped not one but two fence's in the same day. Contrary to what they are saying the owner was not contact nor was anyone on her contact list. The most this business did to find the dog's was call animal control!!!!! They did not look for them, they did not put up flyer's, they did not post to their Face Book page. Imagine that you are an owner, you leave you're dog's with a business and return home only to be told....sorry, your dog's are gone! Now imagine that you are the one to search for them without any help from the business whose lost them in the first place! When you find them one has been out in the cold (temp's in the 20's) for a week, starved and terrified and the other has been lying dead by the side of the road! I understand that things happen but nothing was done by this kennel to search for the dog's properly. Their callous attitude to the owner on the loss of a family member is unacceptable. Read their response to the negative reviews! They called animal control......they did not look for the dog's or accept responsibility. The dog's got out and they washed their hands of the whole mess. These people should be out of business!!!!

2 dogs gone

How often did you search? You had contact information and knew that a business was operated out of the home hence people would be there. Why didn't you go there to enlist the help of people who knew the dogs? Since you lost them THE DAY THEY WERE DROPPED OFF, it's fairly obvious that you would be strangers to them. THIS IS KEY and COMMON SENSE for anyone in the animal business, let alone someone in it for 34 years. The animals remained in the vicinity of the kennel. When exactly was animal control notified? What exactly do they do in these cases? Did they assist in a search? Why weren't flyers posted? It's highly suspect that two dogs simultaneously jumped not one, but two fences. You did little to NOTHING to find these animals. Their welfare was your responsibility. Their ordeal on the streets that week and the death of the one dog is your responsibility. You are irresponsible and incompetent.

2 dogs lost and the owner finds one dead on the side of the road? As a dog owner I don't want to hear about "search efforts" I want to hear about peace of mind when vacationing. Seems incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional. I will NOT be using this kennel!! I am sorry for your loss Brent!

In response to the review below. The owners were contacted several times however they were out of the country and not able to be contacted. The dogs were being searched for and the Gloucester county animal shelter was contacted and also helped in the search. The correct measures were taken to contact the owners and retrieve the dogs.

DO NOT USE THIS KENNEL!! They lost TWO of my dogs within 24hrs of me dropping them off. They were out running the streets for a week in the frigid cold ice and snow storms with no shelter, food, or water. We didn't find out they were missing until we returned 6 days later. We started searching as soon as we got off the plane and came up empty handed. Finally on the 7th day I found one of my dogs eating out of a dumpster he was dehydrated, thin, sore in his hind end and extremely tired. I kept looking for my female and found her the following day dead on the side of the road. To top it off the defensive attitude I received from the kennel was an outrage. We are heartbroken over the loss of our beloved family member
