Thank you John and the team who saved my day by guaranteeing delivery and installation of my new dryer the same day. John personally gave me his word and he lived up to it! He delivered and installed it himself as promised - unlike the big stores his personal attention, courteous staff in the office was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had recently. John was relentless about getting to the bottom of my dryer problem. He came out numerous times until we knew exactly what the issue was and was not satisfied until we were completely happy with his service. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair are how I would describe John. Never a problem when you call to get an appointment he even called me back on the weekend. The only place you need to go to get great service for your appliances.

JP came out later that afternoon and he was 100% right - fixed and we were up and running. john's came quickly when my dishwasher stopped working. they fixed it right the first time and have not had any issues since. very polite phone service and professional technicians. have used them many times and would definitely call again.

Personable and professional serviceman. Excellent phone service and coordination. While the wrong part was delivered and a second repair date was required, it was overall an excellent experience.

i would never deal with these people... i got hung up on and cussed out...they dont explain their policy about anserwing the phone and then hang up on you...
