I had a very good experience for a first time customer. I had an appointment and arrived early., I was seen before my appointment and didn't have to wait. The session was well handled and the Photographer was very friendly. The pictures where of good quality and I like that you can receive them after you make your selection. I have had others who took my advise and had theirs taken there as well, with great result.

If you don't mind making an appointment and then waiting 45-60 minutes for them to get to you go here! They didn't have time to call us and say they were running so far behind, but they didn't care much about sending us away once we got there to wait until they called us to come back. Our time was not valuable to them. The best part was when the receptionist said we book appts every ten minutes and kids sometimes don't cooperate. So my suggestion is NOT to book them every ten minutes, just goes show they are just about profit these days. I tried calling all over town to get an appt but couldn't. Trust me I tried in the hour we had to kill.

Also, I don't like people eating potato chips and drinking soda around the printing area. Especially when they touch my pictures with their greasy hands. Not sure what happened to this place but its only been open a year and it has gone downhill. If you want long waits, amateur photographers and greasy pictures!
