Newport Dental

One of the few dental offices that serve the community regardless of insurance they even take medical! Very nice front staff and the Doctors are awesome.

I WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR ABOUT 2HRS! AND IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY. THE STAFF REALLY JUST SUCKS!!!

This place is really pathetic. I had to wait for an hour before seeing a dentist. The dentist and staff just tried to rip me off with extra services which I don't ever need. Please don't go to this place ....... or else you will regret ......

A few weeks ago my son fell playing in the street, face first and his front tooth turned black within a few days. I called the dentist office early Saturday morning and was told to come in by 2 pm because that was the last time they would take a walk in. I arrived with my 4 year old son at 1 pm keep in mind they close at 4 on Saturdays. I was told when I got there that they were to busy to see my son who was in pain and asked to make another appointment I told them I would not and someone needed to see my son. It was the worst experience ever, no one was nice. The manager finally came out and with attitude told me that if I wanted my son to be seen I would have to wait an hour or two I said that was fine. (now also keep in mind I was the ONLY one in the waiting room) I told them that I was going to complain to my insurance company and change dentist. After 15 minutes they took my son in and looked at his tooth and said he'll be fine we don't need to pull the tooth but the root is dead! I will NEVER return WORST EXPERIENCE EVER how can they tell a 4 year old who is in pain to come back during the week. Everyone in the office including the manager are idiots they try to give dirty looks like that's going to make me go home! I wasn't the bad guy there, I pay for insurance to take my kids when I need to. I shouldn't have to get attitude and dirty looks because I take my kid on a Saturday 3 hours before they close. Not to mention I was extremely pi$$ed at this point and the manager had the nerve to tell me not to give them attitude....I am a customer and your refusing service to a 4 year old because you want to go home.... your dang right that I am going to give you attitude! I think I stood in the waiting room fighting with the manager and getting dirty looks longer then my son was in the back being checked on! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE AND IF YOU HAVE THEM AS YOUR DENTIST CHANGE THEM ASAP!
