Ciccanti Ristorante

Me and my family often go to ciccanttis and I have to say I really don't understand the negative reviews on here. We've never had a negative experience. The waitress's are always funny and kind. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but they give you a ton of food to eat while you wait. Half the time I have take my food home I'm so full. The owners very talkative if you get him going which I love. And the food is fantastic. Pasta calabrase (probably misspelled) is my absolute favorite. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Went there New Years Eve for an intimate dinner. It was my wedding day and I was promised a private room for a small party of 15. We were put in a table in the middle of an overcrowed room. We couldn't talk to each other or do traditional wedding toasts. We could barely move. My revervations were made well in advance. When i brought this to the attention of the waitsatff, i received a visit from a very angry owner. He raised his voice and embarrased me in front of my guests. I advised this was my wedding dinner and he really didn't care. Was extremely rude. The food wasn't that great either. Most of my family complained it was cold. None of my guests will ever go there again.
