Plony's Auto Merchants Ltd.

I've been taking my car to Plony's for 2 years and have always been beyond satisfied by their work. Their level of professionalism, honesty, and punctuality (and not to mention, unbeatable prices) are much appreciated! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else to get serviced. I first found out about Plony's from several friends, and I'd recommend them to many more!

I think the quality of care and expertise is excellent! I have been going to Plonys for 2 years now and have nothing but wonderful experiences. They take good care of my vehicles. I have even referred family and friends who have also been very satisfied. It is also conveniently located along with other little perks like that.

Very unsatisfied with their unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. They cannot get a big job done, my as well be an oil change shop. I went in with a check engine light on. Was told it could be several problems. I went to pick the car up and was told that the problem was fixed and the car would run smoother. They claim they added the part needed. I paid, my car was no where to be found. Went back in and asked for it. He drove it around to me. Got in and the check engine light was still on. Went back in shop and I was told that he will take sometime for the call to "reprogram". I drove it home and it drove like the engine had blown. I ended up taking it to a local dealership and they advised that Plony's had done absolutely nothing to the car.



Another situation where a tire was taking there for repair. They pumped the tire up to 45pds instead of doing the repair. 2 days later the tire was ripped to shreds.



These are two of many disappointments from Plony's.
