I have used Bill Osborne and Timberline Construction for remodeling and maintenance of rental properties for the past 8 years. Would not even consider using someone else because with Bill, I can show him what needs to be done and not have to worry about it any further. He does extremely high quality work at a reasonable price. In fact, he is amazing with his creativity and problem solving skills. In renovating old apartment buildings we frequently encounter construction problems from the original builder, but Bill always finds a way to solve the problems. I have also visited sites that Bill has remodeled for residential living and all I can say is his work is amazing. You will have no regrets if you hire Timberline for your next project.
