        Overall

        I live in Cheyenne, Wy. Twice now, I've waited for a package to arrive only to have the postal delivery person say they attempted delivery, but the business was closed.
        1) This is not a business but a home.
        2) We were AT home and no delivery attempt was made.
        I thought these were Federal employee's and that lying about the handling of the mail was a Federal crime .
        I didn't say anything the first time, but twice is more than enough.
        Both times this happened was on a Saturday and we are on the end of the mail route. It's not hard to figure out that the postal delivery person just wants to go home and doesn't want to finish their route.
        I expect to hear from a postal inspector or the Postmaster General's office about this complaint.
