Chester Diner

I asked for a medium rare chopped sirloin w/ sautéd onions and mushrooms and a baked potato. Simple. WHAT I GOT was a well done, dried up, un chewable patty, MASHED potatoes and THE WORST PART was that the entire plate was garnished with a horrible mix of shredded hot peppers, undercooked shreds of green beens with an overall Mexican-tasting meal, and I HATE Mexican food! I mean, DID I ASK FOR THIS PEPPER-COVERED addition to a simple American chopped steak? WHO makes that a standard to a simple chopped sirloin (Which WAS certainly NOT even sirloin)???? TOO bad it was taken out and I discovered this when I got home because if I'd have been served this meal at the diner I would have sent it back, and I NEVER am SO entirely disappointed in a meal to send it back. At least my dog liked it.
