        C.S. Hines quoted a price to pump and inspect my septic system. The driver arrived on time, was very courteous, and appeared to be pretty knowledgeable, although he could not find my distribution box. He said it must be real deep and far from the tank. As he was approaching his allotted time and still had not found the box (after digging up a large area in my yard that is still a mess) he said it would cost more to stay longer. I asked if it was absolutely necessary to locate the box. He said it wasn't, my system was functioning properly, and sometimes they never locate the box. I told him to forget it and to quit digging for it. The driver decided on his own to keep looking. I later went back and told him again he should quit looking. After another 30 minutes, he quit and then presented me with the invoice which was almost $200 more than the quote- all because he kept digging when I told him not to- and he never did locate the box!!

        What I needed...

        Pricey for me, but comparable to other similar service.... came here within 30 minutes of call and the guy that came out was super nice.
