Took the real estate license prep course with don no kelby and they are great . Passed the test with flying colors with minimal studying the way they teach is outstanding . They are very knowledgeable and give real life sinerios with every topic we discussed . On top of that Don is very funny and keeps you entertained

I took my prelicensing course with Don and he really rocks the information out there. I know now how much information I learned with him. I made the right choice with The Real Estate School; I passed my state exam on the first try! I plan to return for the Broker course.

This class is a blast. I've taken many courses in real estate investing, but this one delivers amazing value, esp for the cost. I can't believe they don't charge more. Don and the other instructors are incredibly knowledgeable -- the background they bring is tremendous. But they are also fun...and funny. Don could be a stand up comedian. I just can's say enough. I recommend this school to everyone I know.
