My experiences with Cherry Hill Family Dental, Dr. Pirog, her Assistants, the Dental Hygienists, and the Front Desk have been 100% positive. I highly recommend CHFD to anyone looking for a positive dental experience. Thank you, Dr. Pirog, your Assistants, Dental Hygienists, and the Front Desk for making my 2-year+ experiences at Cherry Hill Family Dental positive for me, my teeth and my gums.

This practice is a disgrace! I waited an hour and a half to be told that the cleaning I had scheduled months ago couldn't be done. They would only do a regular check up and I had to have mandatory X-rays and then would have to reschedule the cleaning.. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this when I made the appointment the office manager, totally useless, said this has happened before and she just tried to pass the blame onto the scheduling department. If this has happened before, maybe they might want to look into resolving this on-going problem. Without offering to assist me in any way, the manager took a phone call and just left me standing there. The mission statement on their website is a joke. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this practice. If they can't even get the appointments straight I can only imagine what kind of care (or lack thereof) is given.

DO NOT GO TO CHERRY HILL FAMILY DENTISTY ESP. DR BALLARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If thats the least i can say without cursing.... I would never let my worst enemy go to this place. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and thats just the start. Dr. Ballard butchered my daughters teeth. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get them fixed. He not only butchered her teeth, She came home and her mouth bled for hours. He was so rude. At one point I asked him a question and he started beraiding me. I asked if it hurt her basicallly if she could feel it and he started yelling at me. I was horrified the nurse looked horrified. I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. Again DO NOT SEE DR. BALLARD AT CHERRY HILL FAMILY DENTISTRY ON KINGSHWY IN CHERRY HILL. Its owned by Allied Dental. addresss 1642 Kings Highway, Cherry Hill NJ
