        i felt violated after i did business with them. It took over one year to settle on my house. i was told numerous different stories by everyone i spoke to in the office. Anne Koons had to bring a lawyer , the buyer had a lawyer and we had representation. I felt that Anne caused so much unnecessary chaos. I wish i had done more research about her reputation prior to using her. i think i could have avoided a lot of the disturbing things that happened to me by using her. live and learn.
