Wildwood Apartments

Bugs, Mice, Snakes. Outdated washer/dryer that rarely works. Appliances don't work. Gates rarely work. Management doesn't care. Don't move here.

Wildwood Apartments located off of scaleybark rd. in Charlotte. The apartments are outdated with appliances that date back to the 80's. I had laundry stolen from their laundry room, My car has been keyed in their parking lot and numerous other complaints. We lived there for 3 yrs. and they want to charge us for carpet replacement. The maintenance crew does a shoddy job as well. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms so the bathrooms never dry out. They cant keep management either. I would never suggest this place to anyone!!!
