I work at a doctor's office and my doctor recommended me here because she brought her daughter in for a piercing a while back and everything healed great. I went and got my nose pierced and a small tattoo done on the same day. Jim and Tee were every accommodating and very professional. I have latex allergy, and they used nitrile gloves on me per request (though Tee always use her sterile nitrile gloves in every procedure, which is a bonus) I'll be due for one month free (piercing) check up soon and I can't be happier with how everything turns out (wonderfully :))

I had both tattoos and piercings here and my experience have always been very pleasant. These guys are very down to earth and listen to what you have to say. I appreciate that. I have been to a few other "reputable" places and they always make me feel "less than" because my idea of the tattoos were up to their par. There is no small projects as long as they have time for you as a walk-in, you'll probably get in but it's better to make an appointment so you'll get the time dedicated to just you. I once felt nausea due to not eating a full meal and they gave me a coke & energy bars. Oh and talk to Tee if you have any piercing needs, she is the best!

The piercer (Tee) helped me heal my nose piercing because the idiot that pierced me (from another shop, not at Krazy Kats) suggested Bactine for the aftercare and turn it twice a day. She took her time on a piercing she didn't do and even gave me the right aftercare for it. I can tell she pride herself on being a professional piercer. I should have come here in the first place, but I'm glad I sought Krazy Kats our because it's the best decision I've had for my piercing. It heals great now thanks to Tee.

I got a cover-up tattoo done by Jim a few weeks ago, and it was one of my best decision to get it done at Krazy Kats Tattoo. You can't even see the shaky, faded lines from the previous 3-month-old tattoo I got from another shop in town. I paid three times the original piece, but I couldn't be happier, you just can't price shop for something as permanent as tattoos, and I did learn it the hard way. Thanks Jim, you're a true artist!

Hey people, I just want to say that my experience at krazy kats tattoo was great. I was personally recommended by many friends, and was very pleased with my cover-up done by Jim. The shop has a great mom and pop feel and even though Jim looks like a pretty rough bad-ass biker type of guy, he was great to talk to and genuinely good at giving quality tattoos. His wife Tee is equally good at the piercing department (both of my daughters got their belly and nose pierced.) Do you know that they custom bent the jewelry for your nose? That didn't happen to my wife 5 years ago when she got her nose pierced. Good jobs you guys!

I have gotten several piercings here by Tee and each time was a pleasant experience. I'm not the fastest healer, but all of the piercings heal up nicely though they took times. Tee gave me all the sea salt needed to soak with and even call me up to check on everything. You cannot get a better piercer around here...

I got a microdermal pierced in the middle of my tattoo, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They have 4 different sizes and each with more than 10 different colors. The piercer is oh so gently and has great bedside manners, she made me feel at ease.

The best in Charlotte in both body piercing and tattooing. Jim (tattoo artist) and Tee (piercer) have great people skills that would make you comfortable in such an intimidating environment. Their establishment is clean and well-decorated with Jim's paintings. They always welcome you with a great smiles and make me feel like no questions are stupid questions, and trust me I had lots of questions when I walked in and get my first tattoo there 7 months ago, on my 18 birthday. Since then, I had 2 more tattoos and 3 more piercings which all turned out beautifully. I did have complications on one of my piercings because I changed out it too early, but Tee was there and helped me through the healing process all the way. Kudos for these guys for making everything seem so easy for me.

Awesome place... Decent prices for tattoos and piercings. I have been to several places in the city and none greeted me was warm as these guys here at Krazykats. They can work both realism and cartoonism (?) and they all turn out wonderfully. I have been there probably 3,4 times over the summer and I have to say they are the best I've ever seen.

Very happy with my tattoo I got from here. Jimbo is awesome and knowledgeable. Wish I'd knew this place sooner so I didn't have to waste my time and money for the cover up. It was worth it though

Definitely THE BEST TATTOO SHOP in Charlotte. I got my kids's name in my shoulder and they all turned out beautifully. My family and all my friends loved it and asked where I got them from. So yes, I would recommend Krazy Kats to everybody.

Well, it's probably not a good idea to get snakebites on the day before Thandgiving..lol..., ya know eating and gathering with everyone in the family together and all; but I cant help it, I want to have snakebites piercing for a while and finally got them done at Krazykats. I love it, thanks Tee!!!

I came to get my belly pierced, and I was so nervous but Tee the piercer was very cool and calm me down. I am glad I did it, it only been a couple of days, but I think my peircing is healing very good. Tee asked me to come back in a couple of weeks for her to check on me, which is very nice of her. I can't wait to get one of those pretty belly rings that they have in display. Thanks Tee!!!

I especially love the eyes tattoo in the portfolio. My girlfriend thought at first that it was a permanent makeup or something, but it was actually in the back of someone. I was like wow!!! The idea of outline free tatts mostly coined by guys such as Brandon Bond or Joshus Carlton (yes I did my homeworks), but I had no idea we had such phenomnon artists like that in Charlotte...We went for piercings, which was great on my girlfriend btw, and we'll definitely be back for some tatts real soon.
