Hair By Design Salon

Worst experience ever!!! I recommend not even trying to go there.

I had the Keratin treatment, and I looked amazing once I left the salon. a couple washes later the hair was back to the regular frizz.. My friends - at least 4 are doing it @ other places… 2 with same texture as mine had it done beautifully... and when I called to consult with Hair by Design - they pretty much blew me off.

I then went to consult other salon who basically told me they didn’t leave it enough time on my type of hair and if they are a prestige salon, they would redo the treatment.

I then called the owner again, who said well if you consulted professional they know what they are talking about and I should come back. Once I went back what I waste of time, they were rude and unprofessional and basically very insulting. I took my stuff and got away needless to say never coming back.

The funny thing is I was recommended to go to Christy from another salon who doesn’t offer Keratin. but Christy is not the professional I expected or Tara the owner. Just wanted other people to know.
