        Overall

        I called Jeff to have him come out to my house and fix our furnace. He said he was very busy and couldn't make it out that day, but he actually took 15-20 min. on the phone to troubleshoot the furnace with me. He found the problem and fixed it over the phone without even making a trip to the house. I will not be going anywhere else with any heating or cooling problems and I have recommended Jeff to several friends already. He was very nice and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out.
