Provided by SuperpagesHad a heating problem with a system and Accent called me within 10 minutes and had a technician come by to check it out within 2 hours. Repaired the problem and it was reasonable. Great service and professional techs. Even wore shoe protection when coming into my home.

Provided by SuperpagesI would highly recommend Accent Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, I had a water heater that needed to be replaced prior to my daughter's graduation party, this was an emergency situation and Accent responded without hesitation, Mike A came to my home that day and assessed I needed a new water heater, he left and came back an hour later with a new water heater and had it installed hours before the party would begin. Thank Goodness for Mike's quick turnaround and professionalism and thank you for saving my graduation party Accent!

Provided by SuperpagesWe recently had " Murphy's Law" show up at our house, my dishwasher, washing machine and furnace all went the same week I was devestated to say the least. I called Accent Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and spoke with Carol, she was very polite and set up an appointment for a tech to come to my hse the same day, they quoted me a price which was very fair and I had cool air in my house shortly after. The technician was professional, in uniform and was polite and informative on the maintenance of the new equipment. He even suggested I purchase a Maintenance contract with them, which I did as they have a summer special going on now. Thank God for Accent Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and Kutos to Dan Mills for working with my financial needs. Millers Huntersville, NC

Provided by SuperpagesAccent came to my home after setting appointment time and total response was about 4 hours. Their customer service personnel were friendly and knowledgeable and answered by questions. Ended up being an electrical problem and they recommended an electrician to come out and correct the problem. Very reasonable and appreciated the referral as I didn't know what to do. Will use them again.

Provided by SuperpagesThey came out and claimed that 5 parts on my AC needed to be replaced.The damper system did not need to be replaced, it was unhooked, the condenser coil did not have a huge leak in it, the condensate drain pain did not need to be replaced, the drain did not need to be replaced and the float switch they wanted to replace. Guess what? I did not even have a float switch to begin with. My friend also stated that the leak from was so small he could not even find it, he did a proper cleaning of the system, added some Freon, and well its perfectly. Better then it worked before. His bill $165. Now I am a reasonable person you make 1 mistake fine, but FIVE. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, they dont care about YOU, and they will take advantage of YOU! Because guess what its hot outside and all the other companies are booked so you have no choice but to bend over and take it. Well this one you want take advantage of and I will make sure I tell everyone I know and thats a lot of people.

Provided by SuperpagesWe had a brand new A/C system put in 18 months ago. Turned it on for the first time this season yesterday and it's stopped working. The company will only come out if we pay the $69 service fee and they'll charge us for any repairs. It was a brand new system that they installed! Apparently we should only expect to get one summer out of the system? Review pending final outcome, but right now it's not looking good...
