Shamrock Stables Boarding Kennel Rt

Shamrock was my go-to kennel for the last eight years, but they've apparently changed ownership or management in the last few months. I just picked my dog up and -- after charging me the regular amount (including bath) and bringing him out to me -- they tell me they weren't able to bathe him because he "tried to bite them." This is a dog who literally shrinks in terror if a cat attacks him. He will wet himself and slink away if you raise your voice at him. He has never bitten anyone or any animal his entire life, and he has been bathed at this kennel and several others too many times to count. So on a Sunday evening, with a dog too filthy to take into my house, I got to bathe him myself. Outside. In the rain. Worse yet, they clipped his leash to the flimsy ring holding on his name tag, so as soon as we got out the door of the kennel, the tag broke and he almost escaped. Horrible place.
