Manager is a Dishonest Lying Thief!

No lees then 24 hours later, bought a gel battery for 180 plus bucks and it had bad cells and would not hold a charge on my power chair. Manager started arguing with me on the phone before I ever even got it back to the store, then when I arrived he told me it could not possibly be his battery bad, that I was doing or installing it wrong. after I informed him I had a degree in electro mechanical design and told him to put it on the load tester, he hooked it up and was covering up the meter dial with his fingers and when I asked him to remove his hand so I could see the dial better, which by the way was dropping almost into the red, he started yelling at me, and said the his load meter was now to hot to test it again! And said that because I installed in in my scooter for a whole 5 mins, that it was now used and that it was no longer returnable! Even though the receipt says you have up to 7 days to return it. Don't buy anything from this place, the batteries are bad and he will not refund your money!
