Kellers Professional Auto & Diesel

This was the worst service I've ever had. I brought my car here to get it fixed because it broke down near this shop. I had no time to read their reviews. They told me it needed a water pump and it would cost $1200 because it was located under the engine. I knew that was an outrageous price but my boyfriend paid with a credit card over the phone from South Dakota anyway. It took them 3 times to get this car fixed. By the third time I found a man to go with me to talk to them because they showed no respect toward me. It continued leaking and they had the worse attitude towards me each time I brought the car back. It was also making noise, which it wasn't making when I first brought the car there. I would not recommend this automotive shop to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!

I asked for my rotors and brakes pads to be changed on my 09 chevy Tahoe back in feb. they never changed the rotors to save me money even when I specifically asked for them to do it. I called back the next day told them they were squeaking like crazy still and they said they do that for a few miles. I went with it. Finally today I went to a real mechanic FIRESTONE and they showed me my rotors that Keller said they resurfaced and they had hot spots all over them. They told me a real mechanic shop would never have done such work and they would never do that themselves. Labor cost of $130 for front brake pads and resurfacing! What a joke! You people take advantage of anybody you possibly can. I call today and told them everything and the guy said to me "why would you ask for new rotors, that doesn't save you money." We'll I wanted new rotors cause I have a 35,000 truck you retard. Enjoy you little shop you got, I hope this keeps people away from your bad business and customer service.

Took my car in almost six months ago to the Keller Pro repair shop in Centennial, off of Gibraltar. . Paid for major repairs at the time. But, car continued to have issues. Long story, but over the course of many months, they would not give up until the issue was finally discovered by one of their mechanics. I picked up my car today, working great, and they honored the six-month repair guarantee. Good to deal w/a company that cares about their customers, treats them w/respect and stands by their guarantee.

I was very happy with Keller's when I first started taking my car there for oil changes. At that time the oil changes were very low cost and everyone at the business was friendly and helpful. NOT ANYMORE! Their prices, what is allegedly wrong with my vehicle and their obnoxious attitudes (Jerry!) have increased significantly. I purchased four expensive all-weather tires and they're absolute junk! I've had four near-flat tires with them; I've never had that many near-flats with any of the other sets of tires I've purchased in my entire life! I had complained several times about oil leaks on my garage floor and each time Keller's told me a different story: they said they checked it out and either found where the oil had been overfilled causing the leaks, or the guy who changed the oil was just a kid and didn't clean up after himself, etc. etc. etc. Sensing I was becoming agitated, this last time they purportedly took things apart and - wowie! - they suddenly discovered $1,300+ worth of work that was allegedly needed! It was worth the $100+ fee they charged me to learn Keller's isn't trustworthy. Their prices are too high, their workmanship stinks and their attitudes are as lousy as their business practices! If you want to keep your car running smoothly, do NOT take your car to Keller's!

I went in for brakes and a water pump and John took excellent car of me and my car. They let me use their loaner car and had it done the same day. Thanks guys for the prompt and careful work.
