        I just called PrimaCare to get their fax number. The person asked me for all kinds of unnecessary information. When I finally told him that I had already spoken with someone at the office and it is necessary, he put me on hold. Then after getting back on the phone asked me more unnecessary questions wasting more of time before giving me a number. Which was the number I had called. Not their fax number.

        Office is rude! Female doctor is indifferent almost irritated that she has to see you. Office empty front desk checks you in, but doctor takes almost an hour to see you after you are placed in a room. Was there 2 hours for allergies! Side note my husband had a bad case of heart burn. Before he left she was ordering an EKG, outside studies, then when it all done sent us to the ER. When all he needed was a refill and primary doc office was closed. DO NOT GO THERE DON'T Make our mistake!

        I will never go here again, even if it was the last medical office opened! The clerk upfront was rude. The doctor failed to give proper medical care, as well as neglecting to tell me my diagnosis. Before I was released, the aide explained I will be placed in a sling but they didn't have my size. As she handed me an order for one I asked where I could get a sling at to which she replied "I don't know I guess I could look it up on my phone or something." As I was being walked out I noticed they had misspelled my name. I explained it to the aide and she said "oh that's not a being deal. Have a good day." The next day I was rushed to the ER because I was in severe pain. At the ER I was diagnosed with a severe neck sprain and shoulder contusion. This primacare said I had shoulder pain and released me back to work the next day, in a sling mind you!! When I explained that I work at an assisted living home lifting residents and I was concerned that me being in a sling could put them in danger the dr said "o well they can find you something else to do." Awful!!!
