Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

I wish I could give a zero!

I tried to sign up my child and Phil Campitelli was the worst business owner I have ever encountered. He really only wanted to talk with my husband. The only form of payment is debit from your account. Phil would not consider any other type of payment without charging an extra $30 to $35 a month in administrative fees. I can't believe he wanted to charge me extra to pay cash. I spent more than an hour there only to be told that in order to enroll my child, I had to make an appointment at a later time. No where was this posted. I not only will never send my child there I have told others that are going elsewhere now.

Let me first off by saying I gave them 1 Star because it wouldn't let me submit my review with a 0 !! This place is very poorly ran and very unorganized !!! The owner is a money hungry person who could careless about your child/children or there well being !! I had an altercation with him today because my children were scheduled to be picked up and there ages are 9yrs and 4 yrs !!The 4yr old fell and hurt his self while waiting on transportation so he was taken back inside to be checked out by the nurse !! The driver of the van then rudely told the school staff that he didn't have time for this or time to wait to just call the child's parents and left my child !! While I paid for a service for aftercare for my children!! Just imagine being miles away at work and to get a call that your children had been left !! Not even to mention they never called me !! I got a call from my children's school!! Frantically I called the owner / Director and started explaining what had happend !! He told me it wasn't true that's not what happened when (clearly ) my children got left !!!he never once apologized !!! He argued with me back and fourth and then stated "he didn't think the driver did anything wrong it's not like he left them on the street " really I understand that other people had to be picked up but the driver could have stayed a few minutes to see what was happening he just left he could have came back he did nothing !!! My children were stranded for hours till I was able to get them !! So with that being said yes the price is cheap but these people don't give a damn about anything but money !! So please don't make the same mistake I made !! Please value your children because the people clearly don't !!!
