Botticelli Ristorante Italiano

It's been a year since I was last there but the service and food have gone from good to mediocre. Wait staff no longer pours the olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the bread. No offer to taste test the wine before pouring, no fresh pepper for the salad or soup. The tomato artichoke soup was lacking flavor. The medium rare rosemary marinated lamb arrived cool and rare but the green bean side was fresh and flavorful as was the pasta side. I still prefer Botticelli over Olive Garden but they need to get back on their game.

I have a $20 Seize the Deal voucher to Botticelli’s that I tried to use at lunch today, 5/18/11. I was told that it was only good for 1 item, and I couldn’t use it for the whole table even though it clearly states on the voucher, "One voucher per table per visit". The entire lunch was only $17.85!! I would not have purchased this had I known about this restriction. I have requested a refund from Seize the Deal and will not return to Botticelli's for quite some time. I will also tell everyone I know about the tacky way I was treated at Botticelli's today.

We do need good restaurants in Casper. In my opinion, this one has gone down hill in the last year. I love good italian food, but they do not have good cooks.

We have been here many times, we go about once a month and have had excellend food and service every single time. Price is reasonable. Would highly remommend this place for Italian food.

What a disaster. I keep giving them a try when in Casper on business. The service has been good a few times, but usually it is horrible. Food quality is inconsistant. I will not go back again. I've been overcharged a few times. When I got my credit card bill on one occassion, a 5.00 tip had been changed to a 25.00 tip when my charge was investigated. I call this theft. I've had ill prepared entrees, 1/4 glass of wine (wine glasses are small red wine glasses), dessert that was stale tasting and had crusted in the cold. The restaurant does not seem to want to make their wrongs right. I've written them and they have never acknowledged that I've written. Save your money and go elsewhere. The palate of those who think it's good and typical rednecks thinking any place that serves a glass with beer has to be high classed!

Wonderful, gorgeous intimate atmosphere. Absolutely love it! The prices are great too. If you need a nice night out with your spouse, this is the place to go. Try the raviolis they are fantastic!

Great italian food. Servers are fast and friendly!
