T M Nails

Worst mani/pedi I've ever had in my life. Don't know the name of the lady who did it, but she was an older lady. She clearly didn't know what she was doing. I asked for French mani/pedi. All she did was trim my toe nails n pushed back cuticles. No cuticle mover, no dead skin removed from my heels, no lotion massage on my feet or calfs. Awful polishing, no smiley faces, she just did a straight line, after telling her twice I wanted smiley faces. And the lines weren't even straight, looked like a child had polished them. Awful!!! I could have done a better job at home. The same with my mani. I should have known they didn't do good nails as soon as I walked in the door at 5::30pm on a Friday n no one was there. I've never walked into a nail salon especially on a Friday and they had no customer, I was there over an hour n not one person walked in. I was the only customer. That should have been a huge red flag me but I'm new to Cape Coral. Awful!!!
