If I could give this business a big fat ZERO, I would. I always called ahead and scheduled my nail appointments. None of which began or ended on time. One time I had an appointment at 3 pm....I wasn't in the manicure chair until 3:45 pm, because the employee was talking to the previous customer (she knew I was there, she checked me in!!!). Also, if you want acrylics plan on an hour for each hand, for her to insult other people's work (um be happy I came here for you to do my nails?). You can count on her to often stop to talk on the phone and so on.....



The receptionist is absolutely horrible... Even though my service was horrible, I still planned on leaving a tip. I paid with a debit card, she gave me a receipt and my card back....then I politely asked if I could have change for a $10, she looks at me with this attitude and says, "UM your service cost $40". I told her I just paid her, and I had to pull out the receipt she just gave me two seconds ago to prove that I paid her!!!!



Never going back. Ever. Again.

I will start by saying I ask for a gift certificate for this salon for Christmas, mom's day, anniversary, pretty much any chance I get because I love the spa services. The Owner is excellent and really takes care of her customers. I love it so much I have treated my family and friends to services here. I have only ever used the spa services and have always walked out delighted. There was one time when my sister got a manicure and was not happy at all. She said that the woman was not experienced and the polish started chipping within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this salon but you may want to ask what type of experience the person has who will be providing the service you want.
