Can I give no Stars? This is a used car lot not a dental office. I filed a grievance against them. I took both my daughters here 3 and 7. They made me wait 2.5 hours and then told me they could only see 1 kid. They started taking X-rays and Pictures insisting that the insurance company needs it, afterwards I was billed by the insurance company saying the procedure is not covered. THey recommended periodontal scaling on a 7 year old - no joke eventhough she doesn't need it. EVERY time they told me Nitris is Not covered and this and that is not covered. After I checked with my insurance guess what EVERYTHING they said wasn't covered WAS covered. They are all about Squeezing money out of you, you will never see the same dentist twice and to top it all off - It's a very dirty place. There's hair on the floor and it's old. Also they recommended that both my kids seal their baby molars....what a joke, theeth that are going to fall out in about 2 more years. Afterwards they tried to sell me this adult sized electric $110 toothbrush for my 7 year old. DON"T TAKE KIDS HERE. THEY DON"T KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH THEM!!!!!
