Myself and my mother have been coming here doing business for quite some time keep in mind my mother is almost 70.she pawned her guns that's in her name and her and my dad went to get out yesterday like they always do my mom doesn't drive so he takes her. Tried to pay on her guns and they got rude and said now they were keeping the guns due to my parents were talking about which gun to get out. Manager said if was a trigger word and that's final. I called corporate and it's been two days and no guns no answer however the Manager called my mom and said no one could get guns out and they were keeping them she has been crying and sick !! THEY STOLED her GUNS. BEWARE of these..upset and having nothing to gain
