Secure Auto School

I made an appointment for a driving lesson over the phone. Liz made the appointment for me and told me 1:00pm for my appointment. I received a phone call at 11:40am from the driver "DL", which I was not available to take as I was not expecting my lesson until 1:00pm. I returned his call at 12:30pm. He was very rude to me and informed me that I would be billed for this lesson and the next. I called the office again and spoke to Liz who claimed this time that the appointment was for 12:00pm, even though I had previously confirmed with her the time of 1:00pm. She was also very rude. I can only say that I am glad I wasn't stuck in a car for an hour with this guy DL!
