I’ve had this for a week while doing PT for an ongoing knee issue. I was having a bad day, and after using this I was almost instantly able to increase my range of motion. When you get the settings right, with your eyes closed, it feels like a deep tissue massage. I know the science isn’t proven AND this certainly isn’t going to cure any ailment.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Spinal Adjustments
Spinal adjustment is a specific procedure used to help correct the body's nerve interference. This must be applied with the correct amount of pressure in the proper direction. A study published in “Spine” in the October 2007 issue shows that the risk of any serious side effects to chiropractic care was relatively unknown to them and the medical community. This study looked at the outcomes from 19,722 chiropractic patients who had received some form or another of neck adjustments that they referred to as “chiropractic manipulation of the cervical spine.” The results as quoted in the study were that “There were no reports of serious adverse events.”

Dr. Trabulsi specializes in utilizing the Webster Technique. â€œThe Webster Technique is a specific Chiropractic analysis and adjustments that reduces interference to the nerve system and balances maternal pelvic muscles and ligaments. This in turn reduces torsion in the uterus, a cause of intra-uterine constraint of the baby and allows for optimal fetal positioning in preparation for birthâ€ as defined by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) certification program. The technique uses a combination of gentle adjusting to balance the SI joints and gentle ligamentous trigger point work to reduce the tension, reduce the torsion and constraint in the uterus and allow for more room for the baby to move and better position itself.
Flexion Distraction Therapy
Cox Flexion-Distraction:Flexion/distraction manipulation decompresses the disc by applying a gentle stretch to the lower spine. This is done through a series of repetitive, slow movements. This technique does not use quick force like many other methods. It is often used for people with disc problems and to mobilize joints. A special, adjustable table, known as the Cox table, is used for this technique.
