        Joseph Passalacqua from J P Plumbing Corp/Sewer and Water Mains received a deposit $5000.00 from me for a water main installation and disappeared. Not only that he attempted to get a few thousand dollars more without even considering to execute the contract we signed.
        He is nowhere to be found. He doesn't have a place. Many locations are linked with his business but nothing exists.
