The owner (Edward) deserves to go out of business. This is a shady cash only business, the owner claimed I owed him money when according to the contract I obviously did not (I guess he thought I was going to be another idiot consumer who doesn't pay attention to contracts - who knows how many unwitting people just believed him and paid him a couple hundred extra dollars). It is now three years since my sons bar-mitzvah and I have yet to see an album or a video. This business is run like a circus, nothing is done on time and the work is sloppy.

My husband and I were very happy with the quality of our wedding video and thank you cards, but everything seems to be falling apart now. We were told we would have our wedding albums and portraits within 6 weeks, 10 weeks ago. One of the owners, Edward, was also extremely rude to my husband over the phone and became irate when we told him that we wouldn't pay for a 3rd portrait that HE forgot to order. I'm very disappointed because the video and thank you cards are beautiful and we used Hot Shot based off of a recommendation from a very good friend.
