Gene is a great person, he helped me find all the vitamins i needed for my headache. He also helped me get new hair colouring.

The salesmen misrepresented the product to me. When it did not do what they said it would do I called to tell them I had a defective product. Instead of giving me a refund they began a series of additional misrepresentations. Finally they issued an authorization to return. I sent back a product used exactly once but they have not issued a refund. It has been six months.
