        Overall

        Very rude and arrogant Russian staff especially the manager ... !!!

        They show absolutely no respect to clients ... !!!

        On Feb.16.2016 I was trying to open new checking account ( special offer code : 4368VWMRZ7 - for R. Krol ) but they refused to open it and let me down for no reason ... !!!

        Shame on you Citibank to hire such impolite creatures ...
